PAYMENT SCHEDULE OF STUDENT FEES FOR COURSES OVER $1,500
Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) are required to adhere to a strict regimen that specifies how they can collect student fees. These prescribed conditions determine the amounts and frequencies of payment.
The minimum option for payments you must agree to undertake is:
Stage 1: Enrolment and commencement, you pay $100 (administration fee is non-refundable)
Stage 2: Week two of the course, you pay the balance of fees due.
Minimum cost to reserve your position is $100, administration is non-refundable for cancellation of attendance for a training course no less than 5 working days prior to course commencement, to cover administration costs.
All cancellations within 5 days of course commencement are non-refundable unless otherwise discussed with CQMC staff, where training may be transferred to alternative date.
Your course fees will be held in a holding account to ensure reimbursement of fees can be managed, until training is completed. CQMC endorses this fee payment system as it protects the learner from the possible loss of fees and will encourage sound financial management from RTOs.
